About Us

Guaranteed Service & Supplies, Inc. (GSS Graphics) was founded in 1987 as a service company to offer maintenance and service for the graphics arts community in Wisconsin.  Customers included printers of all sizes as well as companies with in-plant printing.  As the company grew, Guaranteed Service & Supplies, Inc. became a full service company offering equipment, supplies, and service.  In 1994 GSS became the exclusive distributor of Ryobi presses in Wisconsin and was the #1 dealer in the central region in 2003 and 2004.  GSS also distributes the following equipment lines:

             Ryobi digital presses (conventional and UV)

             Baum USA folders, cutter, and drills

             Bourg bookletmaking systems and perfect binders

             Screen Computer-to-Plate (CTP metal)

             Mitsubishi Computer-to-Plate (CTP poly)

Located in the spacious Graphics Arts complex building in West Bend, WI GSS also warehouses supplies and replacement parts to serve customers in Wisconsin and upper Michigan.

GSS technicians are factory trained on all of the lines we support and regularly attend factory schools as new products are released.  The technical sales staff at GSS covers the state of Wisconsin and upper Michigan and have an average of 25 years per person in the Graphic Arts industry.
